In the past 10 years, she was professional leader of 3 large scale university level teacher training projects and professional coordinator of 2 international EU school management projects.

Fields of education: in kindergarten and lower elementary teacher training: science subjects and general pedagogy, didactics (1997-2008); in teacher training: didactics, pedagogical process design.
